Villa Komfort is a luxury villa for your summer holidays. The private property is extremely spacious ( 210 sq. m. of indoor living space) - even 2 families will have enough space to relax and to feel privacy. The location is close to beaches and the island town, perfect location for exploring the island for those who choose to visit a different beach every day. Other benefits include the aforementioned private swimming pool and a garden with eco-style designed areas to rest and cool down in. The space Throughout the house, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape views. You can spend quality time indoors as well as outdoors under the Greek sun! Dive in for a refreshing dip in the pool or bask on one of the sun loungers. Grill up a meal on the Garden BBQ and serve it in the outdoor dining area. Laze on the huge outdoor hammock, shaded and cool. Walk the gardens. Stop and smell the greek jasmine and other beautiful flowers. There are three big furnished porches facing different directions, so you can always be in or out of the sun! You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to tailoring your holidays to fit your own taste and preferences. The Villa features a spacious open plan living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as three large bedrooms with queen size beds and two bathrooms (one on the ground floor with shower and one large on the first floor with bathtub, shower and hairdryer). There are two Armchair-beds and baby cots to cover your needs. Small auxiliary kitchen on the upper floor with small fridge for coffee and snacks. All the rooms are air conditioned. Bright windows in all rooms overlooking the lush greenery. Guest access All the spaces presented in the photos are at the exclusive disposal of our visitors. There is a parking space on the premises for up to two cars.
