The self-converted construction trailer with pull-out sofa, a compost toilet, sink and cooking facilities invites you to linger inside, while large double doors connect you to nature and invite you outside. May) and will be available for you*** The construction trailer was expanded and prepared by us as a family project. Where possible, we have used sustainable or renewable building materials, such as hemp insulation and wood, which also contribute to a healthy living environment. At the panoramic window there is an extendable sofa-bed combination (1.40 x 2.00) with upholstery and pillows. The table of the construction trailer is multifunctional. You can use it for eating, working and playing or turn it into a kitchenette with the help of the mobile induction hot plate. Basic kitchen equipment is available and fresh herbs and, with a little luck, even vegetables grow in raised beds right outside the door. Upgrade: There is now also a small refrigerator outside the trailer! Separated by a wall from the rest of the living area, there is a dry/compost toilet in the trailer. There is a small sink. For showering, go outside to the solar outdoor shower. Here the water is heated by the sun - so we hope for sunny days, otherwise the shower remains a rather cool affair! Outside, seating furniture and a fire bowl with firewood are available. The "terrace" borders directly on a sprawling cow pasture - in the summer months, some cows will certainly visit you more often during the day. Guest access The construction trailer is located on a former farm. The property borders several neighbors, but opens up to the rear (here is the tiny house) to wide meadows with old trees. The grounds are shielded from the street by the residential building and former stable building. In the village there are still active farmers - the noise of tractors passing by here and there is of course part of it ;) On the courtyard grounds, we also occasionally welcome a maximum of 3 self-sufficient motorhomes and campers via the staybetter platform. If campers are on vacation here at the same time, the raised beds and an outdoor sink may be used by all guests. The outdoor shower and also the large seating area in front of the construction trailer are of course reserved exclusively for you. Other things to note You can bring your own bedding and towels or book a linen package on site. This costs 10 euros per person. Please let us know which option is suitable for you. Hygiene products and environmental impact: When showering in the outdoor shower, you are in the middle of nature, so we ask you to bring fully biodegradable hygiene products such as shampoo and shower soap. We provide detergent and a small piece of soap in the construction trailer.
