Spacious New Apartment Near Atakum Beach

A spacious apartment with a simple yet effective and stylish design, located at the centre of Atakum District. It is near the beach, transportation, restaurants, cafes, and shops. The space The best feature of the place is the fact that it offers a retreat away from the hustle of the city while being situated right at the heart of it. Other things to note COVID-19 Update: For our safety, I do not accept a new guest to the apartment within the first 24 hours a guest checks outs and I myself try not to enter the apartment during this time unless there is an absolute necessity. In addition, I continue to do the following routine actions which I was already doing before the pandemic (this is a summary): 1. I ventilate the apartment before and after the cleaning for extended periods of time and try to increase the air circulation. 2. After finishing the regular cleaning with detergents, soap, and water; I conduct a second action to sanitize the apartment with household bleach (as it is believed to be highly effective against the coronavirus) and various other chemicals. 3. I wash all linens (bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, etc.) at the highest heat setting and even though they are ready for the next guest, I use a different set to give them more time to be reused. I carry the new linens in carefully packed bags in order to prevent contact with the environment. 4. I provide more linens than necessary so that my guests can change them as frequently as they would like to in order to minimize the risks of contamination and infection. 5. Guests can self-check-in to my apartment.
