The space The flat is located on the second floor and provides a double bed (King Size 160 X 200 cm) in the bedroom. You will find a desk in the second room, ideal for those mixing city visits with work. The kitchen is new with two burners and a microwave oven. The small bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower with hot water supplied by an electric water heater. There’s also an electric towel rail that provides heating and dries your towels. Heating and cooling is guaranteed by an air-condition, "Inventor - premium series". For heating there is an extra electric radiator in the bedroom. Freshly washed sheets and towels as well as a quilt and blanket, are provided and can be changed every four days. For longer stays, we can arrange a weekly cleaning service to keep everything fresh and tidy. Guest access The neighborhood is safe and right in the heart of Thessaloniki. Ermou Street is lively during the day, full of shops, and also feels very safe to walk at night. Aristotle Square is only 100 meters away. The main entrance to the building is on Ermou Street and stays securely closed throughout the day. You will find many parking spots along the same street where you can park and pay, if you’re lucky enough to snag a spot. Otherwise, there are some private parking lots nearby to leave your car.
