A short stroll from the Guest Suite & you'll find yourself at the famous seaside resort town of Palm Cove. This spacious Suite is situated at the front of our luxury residence with its own courtyard entrance. It has a 4 poster bed, balinese bathroom, TV, tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, air-con & wifi. It is completely separate from the main dwelling for your privacy & ours. It boasts pretty rainforest views. Quiet on street parking. Free ladies bicycle to use during your stay. The space The sunny courtyard garden faces north and has a rainforest outlook. From the courtyard you’ll enter the spacious guest suite which is beautifully appointed with a queen size four poster bed, brand new mattress, topper, linen, pillows, desk, chair, tv, block out curtains, aircon, ceiling fan & security screens. There is a tea/coffee station with microwave, kettle & fridge, a selection of teas with biscuits & milk. There’s a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space We provide a complementary laundry service of one small wash basket for guests staying 4 or more nights. The bathroom is huge. Balinese designed with lovely shower & huge vanity & mirror. There is free on street parking available for one vehicle. Being in an affluent estate the property is fully secured with cctv offering full street surveillance. Guest access Entire Guest Suite & Private Courtyard with own entrance. Other things to note The bicycle is complementary, however sometimes things happen out of our control such as the previous guest damaging or losing the bicycle in which case it will not be available during your stay, nor will there be a partial refund as this bicycle is free. More than likely you will need to do a self check-in as we are both shift workers & rarely home so as stated in the ‘House Rules’ a guests photo ID is required prior to being given access to the property.
