About 1.5 km from the city, you have a quiet place to relax and feel good, especially on the roof terrace in nice weather (with a distant view). The space FACILITIES: The apartment has 2 rooms, approx. 50 m² of living space, laminate tile floors, a terrace overlooking the countryside. On the terrace you can linger all day in the sunshine. The apartment is bright and quiet in the attic of an old building and is decorated by me with a lot of love. Bedroom: 2 single beds, clothes rack, chest of drawers. Access to the roof terrace Living room: sofa, dining table, sideboard, TV, etc. Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge, stove / oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, shower and hand sink The toilet is located in a separate room. Staircase access SURROUNDINGS: The Lerchenholz district is quiet and characterized by a lot of greenery. It is very easy to walk to from the train station and the city center (15/20 minutes walk). The A81 highway (exit LB Süd) is about 2.5 km away. Quiet residential area / cul-de-sac Those who appreciate walks or like to go running can do sports either in the nearby Salonwald or in the beautiful fields to Kornwestheim / Pflugfelden. Bus station (line 413) 300 meters away. Bus runs every 20 minutes from early to late towards the train station (3 minutes drive), Town hall / market square (5 minutes' drive) Free parking is available in front of the house. The A81 motorway (exit LB south) is 2.5 km away.
