The space Our wonderfully light double room is located on the first floor of our property facing north, with views over the south downs in the distance. There is an ensuite private bathroom with spacious rain shower (no bath) soft closing toilet and large basin with underside drawers, a concertina wall mounted makeup/shaving mirror plus retractable chrome porthole mirror, underfloor heating and a radiator/heated towel rail - and plenty of soaps, body wash, and shampoo's from Zara Home to enjoy before you discover the delights of beautiful Shoreham. A King size bed adorns the evening sun, with predominantly white cotton continental bedding and colourful decorative cushions. And with tea, fresh coffee and cafetiere fresh milk and mini fridge and complimentary chocolate jar - your'e surely covered! There is a flat 24 inch wall mounted smart LG tv for a bit of catch up during your stay. A hanging rail, and vintage wire industrial locker provide storage with use of a top drawer in our period chest of drawers - plus white bath and hand towels are also provided. And if that wasn't enough, the house has a full air extraction system fitted running 24/7, giving several air changes per hour for a truly healthy home. Guest access Free parking in the area is usually fine, but directly outside the property it is restricted for about a 30 yards, however there is a very relaxed parking ethos here in Shoreham. You can usually park FREE within yards of our property and even in the supermarket carpark which is across the road for around two hours free, if it were particularly busy during summer months.
