The cottage has been newly renovated with a fresh, modern interior, but is also sympathetic to it’s historical roots with the incorporation of lovely antique pieces sourced from the Barossa and Adelaide Hills. It features all the modern amenities, including a fully equiped kitchen, laundry area with washing machine, split system air conditioning, electric fireplace, large two person spa bath, Wi-Fi connectivity and Netflix enabled Smart TV. The main street of Lyndoch is also within walking distance where you will find Lagana’s General Store, the local butcher, Lyndoch Bakery and other pubs, restaurants and cafes in which to indulge in our famous local produce. Although close to the main street, the property is nestled in a peaceful corner of the lyndoch township. The large cottage style garden is the perfect place to unwind with a good book and take in the Barossa’s beautiful surroundings. Other things to note Our garden attracts a lovely array of bird life including Honey Eaters, Willy Wag Tails, Kookaburras, Rosellas, Rainbow Lorikeets and Grass Parrots. The above ground cellar located at the back of the garden is also home to our resident Brushtail Possum ‘Jolly’ and her offspring. Jolly is incredibly friendly and welcomes being hand fed. She can often be found hanging out in the almond tree around dusk.
