This is a good place for groups or big families. The space It´s a perfect place for some wonderful days for example during the Oktoberfest and in Munich. If you walk, you reach it in less than 20 min. With the S-Bahn, it takes only 2 min. Near my house (10 min. walk) is the biggest beergarden in Munich for more than 8000 people. You will love it there! And nearby (10 min. walk) there is an very old castle with a wonderful big and representative garden. There are also many wonderful restaurants all around and downstars in my house is an Italian café with really good cappucino and very good breakfast. Guest access To the flat belong 3 rooms, the floor, the kitchen and the bathroom. I live with my family in another flat on the next floor. To the house belongs a pretty and very romatic garden, where you can sit outside in the summer, if you want. Other things to note Because of the very old and precious parquet floor you may not smoke in the flat.
