Beagle Family Houseboat; central, spacious & light

The Beagle is a rusty old two-storey houseboat located about 3 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station. This houseboat has just one guestroom and offers accommodation for max. 4 persons. The Beagle is a budget accommodation; the ship is old and facilities are basic so do not expect luxury but all the more a laid-back atmosphere and an authentic place to enjoy and explore everything that Amsterdam has to offer. IMPORTANT: BOOK FOR 2->STAY WITH 2, BOOK FOR 3->STAY WITH 3, BOOK FOR 4->STAY WITH 4 The space The room is located on the top floor of the ship in the former saloon and old wheelhouse. It has many large windows and offers unique views over the dock, towards the Old City, Central Station and many more... In the room there are two comfortable bunk beds, large couches, a small sound system, Internet computer and a laid-back atmosphere to chill out. The ship is centrally heated and also has an air conditioner. On the top floor you will also find a small kitchen and basic toilet/shower facility. In the kitchen you can prepare breakfast or small meals. Do-it-yourself-coffee, tea, some snacks, drinks and other basics are provided for free. Tap water is drinkable. There is a hot shower with great views over the dock. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided (for free). Finally the rear deck where you can hang out if the weather is nice. Be close to the water and enjoy the view! (Please do not disturb the neighbours). Please note that SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE SHIP. Smoking is allowed on the rear deck between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Please do not smoke on the rear deck after 10 PM IMPORTANT: Do NOT invite or bring unlisted guests or other people to the ship. Please be informed that there are security cameras outside. There are (of course) no cameras inside the ship. A security camera on the rear deck and cameras overlooking the pier record on movement and register persons entering and leaving the ship. -In case you book for two persons, you can stay with only two persons -In case you book for three persons, you can stay with only three persons -In case you book for four persons, you can stay with only four persons For liability reasons; guests may NOT bring or invite visitors or any other person to the ship at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered guests, whose full names have been provided in advance and who have been paid for in advance, may enter the ship. Your captain lives on the bottom floor of the ship. Most of the time you won't even notice me as I am very busy, in general. Travelling with kids (0-14years) ?? Guest access From back to front: You will have access to the rear deck, where you enter the ship, the hallway with access to the toilet/shower, next is the kitchen, then the room itself with bunkbeds and couches and finally the old wheelhouse.. Altogether the size is 58 square metres.
