We offer views of the Otter Creek Falls and Adirondack Mountains. Large full service kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor with a loft bedroom and den. Lots of room for everyone with 2500 sf., hardwood floors, extensive natural light, air conditioned if you require. We have a small private yard that is perfect for small, well behaved pets. Guest access Located on Otter Creek in the rear of 300 Main Street, a revitalized industrial building, includes parking on site and a small private rear yard. Entry is along the right hand side of the building to a fence with BENTON on it, continue through the gate and up the ramp to our unit.
