Inside the house there are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, one with a shower, the third bathroom (with a shower) is located in the inner courtyard of the house. In the same courtyard, there is a laundry room and outdoor shower. Behind, always outside, there is a rustic kitchen with a large barbecue. From the rustic kitchen and the house kitchen you can access a large covered terrace with a dining and relaxation area that offers a wonderful view of the garden full of Mediterranean vegetation and a fountain with fish. The owners occupy the annex located in the rear side of the villa, which has a separate entrance (street with secondary gate). Their presence is useful for daily pool maintenance. At your complete disposal are all the tools of the house to guarantee you a comfortable stay.
