Rustica house

Rustica house is an old traditional Croatian house, located in the center of the historic town of Skradin. The location is peaceful and offers a scenic view overlooking the the old town and the Krka river. Comfortably accommodates 4 people. This two storey house is freshly renovated by the owner himself, with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, bathroom, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a huge terrace in front of the house. Enjoy Rustica's peace, style, story, history! The space Rustica house is situated in the central area on the town hill, beneath the old fort. The location is calm and peaceful. The house is more than 200 years old and freshly renovated by the owner himself, with passion and dedication without losing the rustic charm. Renovated in traditional style, coupled with high quality equipment, provides a unique feeling of comfort and pleasure. The house is air-conditioned with free WiFi and TV. The first floor comprises the living room with sofa bed that converts into a comfy double bed, bathroom, dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials required for your own homemade food. The second floor comprises two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Parking is booked and paid on the nearby local parking space just few minutes from the house. During summer the city center is largely carfree! The entire house is full of natural light and scenic views from every window. You can enjoy and relax on the huge private terrace in front of the house surrounded by nature. Note that the house is located uphill, but thanks to that it's private and restful. There are stairs in front of the house and thus it would not suit people with walking or mobility difficulties.
