This is the private second-floor apartment of a two-unit home with a separate entrance. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire first-floor apartment through a private entrance. The apartment offers approximately 1,850 square feet of living space and includes a spacious living room, dining room with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The second-floor apartment also features a private balcony for your use. The backyard is a shared outdoor space that may be used by guests staying in the second-floor apartment. Parking: The City of Niagara Falls prohibits overnight street parking between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Vehicles parked on the street during these hours may receive a parking ticket. If your group has more vehicles than can fit in the driveway, please contact us before your arrival so we can provide alternative parking options. Guest Verification: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we reserve the right to request a government-issued photo ID for all adult guests prior to check-in.
