Two twin beds in the finished attic is great for children. It also has a kitchen with a coffee maker, Coffee, creamer, fridge, ice, microwave, dual cooktop , cooking utensils, pans, toaster and an oven, plates, cups and glasses. Enjoy the kitchen table and chairs in the kitchen with hardwood flooring. There is a a tire swing in the back yard and chairs on the patio by the waterfall. Hiking trails are all around and 2 city parks nearby. Just outside of Charlotte so you can avoid hustle and bustle if you like but close enough too for all Charlotte has to offer. Please park in the driveway and enter your suite with a keypad code and separate key. You may enjoy the backyard with a fire pit, waterfall, four chairs, a tire swing on a tree and a porch swing on the outbuilding porch for a relaxing time. We welcome socializing but if guests prefer privacy we are fine with that too. It’s all about making our guests feel comfortable. There is available self check in or come to the front door for a tour and keys. Our quiet established Fort Mill neighborhood has many places to go nearby. Restaurants, churches, grocery stores and shopping are close. There is a walking trail from our quiet “no outlet” street that leads to a city park with playground equipment. Carowinds theme park, The BMX bike Center, Kingsley office Park are nearby with several new restaurants. Kayak the Cawtaba river. Walk the River walk, Horse back riding at Ann Springs Close Greenway, hiking, mountain bike riding in 2,100 acres of trails is available there. Many places to eat nearby in Fort Mill and close to uptown Charlotte with its many attractions, Nascar, Panthers stadium, Hornets Basketball arena, shopping, museums, an outlet mall are also close. The Charlotte airport is about 25 minutes away. We are close to Morningstar, All Nations church and many others. This apartment has easy access to interstate I-77. The best way to get around is by car or Uber. There is a park and walking trails about 1 1/2 blocks away. There is a walkway through the neighborhood to get there which also has playground equipment and a basketball court. There is a light rail to take you into Charlotte if you prefer not to drive uptown. The train station is about a 15 minute drive from here. The Charlotte Douglas International airport is about a 25 minute drive. Trails for walking are nearby, shopping, grocery stores, museums and restaurants are all very close. Just check in at the front door for a guided tour or use the keypad to self check in. We also have a high chair and a pack n play crib available if needed
