Our apartment here is renovated in a unic and high level and offers a top level of comfort for a short and long stays, the big livingroom is totally separat from the bedroom by a small hall ( and has its own door) that makes it easier for sleeping in both rooms without disturbing, we have a closed balcony with a dinning area and a big bathroom . PARTIES AND LOAD NOISES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN The space This 2 rooms modern and renovated apartment is located in the heart of the center, 3 min walking from Piata Universitate and the old center of the city. It has a comfortable bedroom and a big livingroom that includes a closed balcony, in the living room there is a generous and comfortable sofa bed . Air conditioner in each room , an open kitchenette in the living , a dinning area and 2 smart TV's that includes free Netflix. Another advantage of this apartment is that right next to it we have as well a 3 rooms apartment that can host up to 8 people so for big groups of up to 12 people can stay together in both apartments. Other things to note Important - We strictly don't allow any parties!! in case of a party or load noise, the police will be called immediately! Using any sort of drugs or drinking heavily Alcohol is also forbidden. smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. guests that will not respect the above or will make any sort of noise (music, shouting etc') will be asked immediately to leave the ap doesn't matter the hour. We have a self check in system so the hours of check in and out are never a problem
