With a large window and a view of the block's green space and another bedroom space with a double sommier bed, nightstand, a large mirror and a huge four-piece wardrobe. On the other hand, it has a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator and complete dishes and a small table with two chairs. Connected to the kitchen is a laundry space with a sink for washing clothes. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink. The main living room leads to a balcony.
