Coastal style studio apartment situated on the lower ground floor of a beautiful house built in the early 1800’s, located seconds from Falmouth Harbour. Recently renovated, with private access and full use of the space. We are 20 seconds from the harbour and our favourite local waterside pub, The Working Boat. It is a five minute walk into town which has an array of lovely independent eateries and shops. Free on street parking nearby. Other things to note There is free on street parking nearby, which can get a little busy in summer months. There are steps to access the property. The apartment does not have sea views and there is no outside space, but we are less than a twenty second walk down to the Greenbank Gardens which has panoramic views of Falmouth harbour, penryn river and beautiful views across to Flushing. You can enjoy the Greenbank Gardens all year round. The apartment is below our house and we have two small children who you might hear occasionally. Weekends can be made available on request, please message us. We provide bed linen, bath and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. CLEANING: We are using a team of professional cleaners who are working to the Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Protocol. We also leave one day and night between bookings to allow for the extra cleaning and ventilating that is recommend. To help our cleaning teams, we very kindly request that you strip the beds including mattress and pillow protecters at the end of your stay and bag them up along with the towels. All bedding is washed at 60 degrees. We also request that any dirty crockery is placed in the dishwasher as you leave, which will be washed on the highest setting. We provide a range of the lovely Method cleaning products and dishwasher tablets for you to use during your stay. We greatly appreciate your help.
