Private room of a pleasant and welcoming house, located in a peaceful environment, about 600 meters from the town center, just 15 km from Le Mans, famous city of the 24 hours. There is the church of St. Anne dating from the 12th century, in Gothic and Romanesque style, which houses a magnificent listed altarpiece. An excellent bakery and a tobacco bar are part of village life. Hiking trails allow locals and hikers to reach nearby villages. The space The house is completely fenced. The garden is pleasant and has two terraces. The room can accommodate up to 4 people. (1 double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed). Ideal for a family or a group of 4. The price shown is for one person. There is a supplement of 20 euros for an additional guest. For guests who wish to stay continuously during the day to telework, work remotely or as nomads, they will have to pay an additional fee of 10 euros per day. Guest access Guests have the option to use the small living room upstairs, the kitchen, the dining area, and the terrace. During your stay As an English teacher, I have had several opportunities to host colleagues and young foreigners. In addition, I have accompanied groups of students during mini-stays and European projects in Great Britain, Ireland, Hungary, Italy and Denmark, I traveled a lot during my youth, as an international basketball player: Africa, China, Mexico. I am still passionate about travel: Atlanta, Washington, Annapolis, Montego Bay in Jamaica, and of course, several countries in Africa. I love hosting and interacting with people. Other things to note During the events of the 24-hour car, motorbike and truck, taking place on the circuit of Le Mans, the rates are subject to a small increase, but remain very affordable. Bookings for a room for 3-4 people for one person are unprofitable. Additionally, it is advisable to book for a period of 2 to 4 nights.
