quiet, pool, near sea & mountain

Near the french riviera but quiet with all confort The space Very quiet appartment in the villa "Luna Gauda" near the sea and not far from mountains. Nobody can see you on the terrace execpted birds and squirels. In addition to the very well equiped kitchen, a gaz barbecue is available on the terrace. in summer, the swimming pool is shared with people in the attached villa ( from 14h to 19h for appartment). Thanks to a solar protection, the pool is usable from april to october. We will by there to give you the keys at arival. Well equiped: dish machine, washing machine, tumble dryer. Internet (wifi+ plug). Smoking inside is not allowed. In the main room, there are 3 sleeping places upstair on a mezzanine plus 1 place in a clic-clac. An additional sleeping room offers a double bed and a sink. The water room includes a shower and a toilet (no sink). 2 places for your cars are included. A car is mandatory here even if we are near everything. During your stay we will be available for good advises about the region. If you need help, a free phone is available to call us at any time.
