The apartment is comfortably furnished as follows: In the living room there is a couch on which an adult/child can sleep and a cozy bunk bed - in the lower area there is a double bed for two adults and above it a single bed for the child. The bed linen is made of 100% cotton. For the meal there is a dining table with chairs in the living room-bedroom and a wardrobe for the clothes. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen satellite TV. New Wi-Fi suitable for streaming HD content and video calls is available in the apartment. Our apartment consists of a completely newly equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and espresso coffee machine. In the hallway there is a new wardrobe with enough space for the personal needs of our guests. The bathroom is modern with shower and toilet. The apartment has a private loggia with mountain views. Free parking is right in front of the house. Ideal for couples. Ideal for families with two adults and 2 children, or 1 adult with 3 children. The apartment is not suitable for more than three adults! Guest access The whole apartment is available. Other things to note All guests must register via the online link sent before check-in and provide personal data, which is required by law in Austria. The local tax/tourist tax of €3.50 per person (15 years and above) per night is not included in the booking price and is paid by guests. Bed linens, pillow and duvet covers, towels and bath towels are included in the booking price. The hairdryer is also included. Liquid soap for bathroom and kitchen, dishwasher tabs, as well as toilet paper are also included in the booking price. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the apartment.
