AirBnB penalized me for a poor response rate during that time. I've always had 100% evidently, I could've prevented the hurricane. It's 100% their fault, matter of fact, I made sure my guests were refunded before it hit. Questions? Feel free to ask. ***** I replaced the full size bed with a queen The space 5 minutes to the intracoastal and then right out to the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Grande Pass. Perfect for Tarpon season! Or, just fish right from the large 130' dock or soak up the sun by the pool and spa. 1/2 acre lot for privacy. Guest access You have access to the entire property and shed with pool toys. There is nothing that is not safe but YOU assume all risk of using the dock/lift and pool areas. I will not be held responsible for acts of nature or accidents unless they are caused by negligence on my part by upkeep of the home. If you need anything (Most everything is brand new), let me know. You should have to only bring a toothbrush and paste. If you need other essentials and forgot, please let me know!
