Right next to a conservation area, a pond, and a private community park with a gazebo & play area. The space Guests will have access to all the common areas in the house, including two separate living rooms, a dining room, a Kitchen, and a laundry room. They can also use an open patio overlooking the pond in the back. Kitchen access is limited to preparing light refreshments, making beverages, and heating food. No cooking is allowed. Other things to note We live in a very safe neighborhood and have resided here for almost 28 years, but for your added security and peace of mind, we have security cameras outside and at the house's entrance.
