Rental unit in Anderson

We have a cozy small apartment in the basement of our Lake House, that is fully furnished with access to Lake Hartwell in the back yard. You will have the Apartment all to yourself with your own private entrance. There are 2 smart TV’s and a Full Kitchen. Perfect for a summer get away, fall football games, Fishing tournaments or just visiting with friends. We are located off Interstate 85. Greenville and Clemson, SC are about 15 min. Away. The space The apartment has a living room, Full Kitchen, Full Bath Room w/ Shower Tub Combo with towels and assorted amenities to make your stay enjoyable. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and the sofa folds out to a double bed. There is a Washer and Dryer in the apartment for you to use at your convenience . You will be able to enjoy coffee from the Keurig or there is also a coffee pot for Brewing your own, if you choose. Enjoy all your favorite TV Apps on one of the 2 smart TV’s and stay cool with the ceiling fans in each room. There is a small Bistro table outside your door to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of Wine in the evening. Guest access Guest have access to the Dock but NOT Allowed on any Boats parked at the dock. You can use the dock for swimming, tanning, fishing or just relaxing. There is plenty of parking for cars in the mulch beside the driveway. Guest are allowed to dock their personal water craft on the side of the dock. Please know there is NO Boat Trailer Parking on the property or the neighborhood. Guest will be responsible for parking their Boat Trailer. There a a few Boat Ramps close by to launch a boat and park your trailer. The City Park is Located down the road with a playground and a beach swimming area. There is a gas grill on the property that guest can use if you choose to stay in for the night.
