We’re Mark and Muriel, longtime hosts who know what road-weary travelers need: seamless arrival, easy entry, cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and a quiet place to rest. Our home sits on the edge of Nebraska’s beautiful Outback, just a quick mile north of I-80. We’re a favorite stop for late-night arrivals, offering a quiet, relaxing place to recharge before you hit the road again. We’re looking forward to hosting you! The space Our home is located in west central Nebraska, a mile north of I-80, about four hours from both Denver and Omaha, three from Cheyenne and Lincoln. While we live here too, often our guests never interact with us. We give you as much privacy as you desire. As we enter our twelfth year as AirBnB hosts, we would love to extend our hospitality to you. Our home offers the following: 1 bedroom with a full size bed and a queen bed; 1 bedroom with a king bed; 1 bedroom with a queen bed. There is a private bath in the hall of the bedroom wing. We only accept one traveling party at a time, so the bath is only shared with your party. The common areas of the home (living room, dining room and kitchen) are shared with us. Each room offers a television. Our bedroom and sitting room is in the basement, so we give you as much time as possible with the shared spaces to yourselves. Please note the living room, dining room and kitchen are shared spaces. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor of the house, including living room, dining room, kitchen and bath. Guests are welcome to use anything they need in the kitchen and store items in the refrigerator. If necessary, guests can use the laundry room, but we don't consider this a 'public' part of the house. For large parties, we can make an additional bathroom off of the laundry room available. Guests are welcome to enjoy the evening on the front porch. Other things to note Please note, we are in the Central Time Zone. The time change to Mountain Time occurs about four miles west of our home.
