Aquatic Paradise!

The Guest Suite is conveniently located in a quiet street in the prestigious Aquatic Paradise canal estate. It is only 400m to Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre or 800m to the train station. The Waterloo Bay foreshore with BBQ facilities and children’s playground is just 1km away. We enjoy the cool breezes. There are restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, ATMs, bars and a post office all within a 5 minute walk. Access to the main highways, airport and the Chandler sports centre is not far. The space The modern, spacious Guest Suite is part of our house but is completely separated and has its own entrance. The Guest Suite consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, and an open plan lounge-dining-kitchen. 2 small steps lead from the living area to the bedrooms/bathroom (see photo). Each room is equipped with a fan. Air conditioning has been installed in the living area and also in the main bedroom. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove and oven, microwave, coffee plunger, frying pan, 2 saucepans, wok, saute pan and a good supply of glassware, crockery and cutlery. The pantry is supplied with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. The bathroom has a full glass top vanity, relaxing bath, and shower. There is also a front-load washing machine located in the bathroom. Washing powder is supplied. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Good fast WiFi is available in all rooms. The Guest Suite is family friendly with a portable cot, baby bath and two high chairs - one for infant and another for small child. There are plenty of games for older children as well. There is off-street parking that is right next to the Guest Suite entrance. The windows have been fitted with reflective film to enhance your privacy. Note: if you are wanting to stay for longer than 90 days then please contact us for special arrangements. Guest access There is a separate guest entrance. You can self check-in with the key-safe. Entry to the Guest Suite is private and contactless. For guests who arrive after dark there are sensor lights for both the off street car park and the Guest Suite entrance. Other things to note Whilst the Guest Suite is single storey there are 2 small steps between the living area and the bedrooms/bathroom. Off street parking for one vehicle is available. The car park is on a concrete pad that is right next to the Guest Suite entrance. IMPORTANT We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($200 plus non refundable admin fee of $15) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. ($50). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
