It has a beautiful landscaped community and very safe area.Easy access to major highways and 20 minutes to the beautiful Saint Augustine beaches, alligator farm and "Old town". It's golf lovers heaven, lots of beautiful golf clubs nearby. Grocery market is about 5 minutes from our house. Free wifi, cable tv provided. Master bedroom has a tv. The space Very clean, family community, quiet and respectful neighbors. There are two bedrooms downstairs , * Master bedroom with a full tub , shower and walk-in closet. * Master bedroom has a cable TV. * Bedroom with full size bed with closet. * Full bathroom in a hallway. Two bedrooms upstairs, *Bedroom with two full size beds( used to be a bonus room and we converted to a bedroom to accommodate guests, no closet and has a curtain for entry for the room. * Bedroom with a full size bed with closet. *Full bathroom upstairs. On main floor has a private living room with a cable TV and love sofa, great space for if someone wants a privacy or children’s play room. Spacious living has very comfy leather sofas with recliner, cable TV also can hook up game console . Great size of kitchen and appliances to accommodate prepare family cooking time. Beautiful dining room is pretty enough to capture family photos to enjoy. It’s about 2,700 square living space. Guest access A small storage closet in the hallway will not be available, otherwise full access. Guests can use a wheelchair in the garage and beach chairs, beach toys for children,towels and umbrella(s) and you can borrow hats! Other things to note We do have a fire place but it’s not functioning, just look pretty.
