Spacious, it includes a large 35 m² living room overlooking a terrace, a separate 15 m² dining room and a kitchen of nearly 20 m², also overlooking the terrace and the shaded vineyard arbor. This old sheepfold dating from the 17th century has undergone a major restoration. The living room features a magnificent fireplace from 1787. An outdoor table and stone benches allow you to eat outside. The bicycle room is locked, lit and has a power outlet. Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as bath and toilet mats. Tablecloths and tea towels are provided. The price includes all these linen services. Guest access The entire 160 m² accommodation is accessible as well as dedicated green spaces... Other things to note The gîte is a "seasonal tourist rental": the price indicated includes the supply of bed linen and towels. Please note: no food products are provided, shops are located in Marcillac Vallon (2.5 km) and close at 7:30 p.m. for the supermarket. Following the municipal decree concerning the tourist tax, for 2024, the amount is set at 1.10 euros/adult person/day from January 1 to December 31, it is charged in addition to the rental price.
