Ideal for couples (king bed) or a small family (mattress in sofa bed). 2 parking spaces located onsite w/plenty of access to your 100% private space The space ★JAX'S GUEST HOUSE★ is renovated with a clean, rustic style with fresh white linens, white walls with rustic wood touches, soft towels, a spacious living space open to the fully equipped kitchen. You will have 100% access to the 2nd story guest house, large deck, rear garden, wood & rope swing, full sized washer dryer, laundry soap, ironing board and full kitchen. We pride ourselves on being sparkling clean and have a stylish space for you to unwind and hang out near the beach. We think you will feel right at home quickly. Located only 1/2 block from the ocean - it is a quick little walk to the sand. We have beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella ready for you to relax on the beach. Parking is onsite in the back thru-alley. We have our private garage for cars under the guest house that is used occasionally. Guest access You will be able to privately access 100% of the second story Guest House, stairs, deck and backyard. The 2 parking spaces are avail in the back thru-alley right next to the stairway going up to the deck. Other things to note We provide a booklet and QR code of lots of delicious LOCAL dining and grocery options. Parking is for 2 cars. We have more parking options avail upon request. Note: K cup and French press coffee maker avail (as well as Starbucks avail one block away)
