The flat will also be shared with resident Nancy, who has a separate bedroom, bathroom and studio office. During your stay Nancy can interact as much (or as little) as you wish. Nancy is happy to help with your touring or navigating in the fabulous SF bay area. Other things to note This is an eco-friendly residence and building; we compost and recycle to minimize landfill waste. Ideally you are comfortable and motivated to live within that standard. Also, we keep the space neat and orderly. For the comfort of others, guests are expected to clean up after themselves please. It is generally a quiet room though this is an urban apartment in a shared building. General city sounds and sounds from others in the building can occasionally be heard. The rooms are in the back of the house with double-pane windows. There are 17 steps to the main apartment level.
