We have another trailer on property which may or may not be rented. We have horseshoes, hammocks and a cornhole game. The space We are located about a half of mile from the Marfa courthouse, just east in the Sal Si Puedes bario just outside of Marfa, Texas ( 1/2 block to marfa center). The Compound offers a fire pit, separate outhouse with shower and bathroom, great tables for eating and working, easy parking, sky deck, and horseshoe pit. The trailer offers a smaller shower with hot water (new propane hot water heater), small bathroom with rv toilet, new fridge, stove, new dishes, new sheets & blankets, towels, electric heaters, AC, coffee press, and little rabbits running around. Very friendly place and not far from central Marfa, about a half a mile east of courthouse. Bike or easy walk to courthouse and main street. We can accommodate parties but it would be separate charge and we would need to approve prior to check in. Rates start are at $500 a day/night for parties and goes up from there. Compound is run on clean electricity, wind power and solar. We are TV free! No pets. Sorry, we love dogs but has a few issues Please note: we pay a living wage to our housekeepers, around $25-$35 an hour. People from all over the world stay at this desert compound, fun to chat is up over vino or cold beer....you may meet a new friend! The old church is a great place to have a fire or eat
