Bright lower level PRIVATE suite NW Bay by RCMP

Check in is flexible with your own code for entry. Furnished, double bed, Futon , double and single cot available for 4 ppl max. Enjoy whole house filtration. 2 space heaters. Small family lives upstairs w/sm dog. Has sound proofing in rafters but u can still hear noise/walking upstairs. The space Enter into the home into your private lower level suite. You will have full use of the lower level of the house... there is a kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, bedroom and reading/sitting area. Laundry facility not available at this time unless long term guests staying 3 day or longer. Laundry room is locked so I can unlock for you. Stocked with dishes/cutlery, pots/pans, coffee, tea, cream/sugar, flavoured coffee creamer. Suite can sleep up to 4 people. Double bed in bedroom, futon couch good for one adult (i have foam pieces to make the futon more comfortable). another double bed with a 4" foam, and a roll out cot (with 4" foam as well) that is placed in living room during the stay. I have a bed rail for toddlers as well as a high chair. Beautiful burgundy microfiber couch with matching ottoman that has some markings (its an older set) so please dont expect absolute perfection. The futon and double bed in common area are fairly new, double bed in the bedroom is new from Costco purchased in 2022. Guest access You’re welcome to use the back yard/deck and if you smoke there is an ashtray on the deck.... or if it's blustery out there is a chair and ashtray on the end table in the garage. In the back yard, I have a huge play structure that looks like a pirate ship. There is also a basketball court, nets and balls. Kids are welcome to play in yard WITH supervision. Please note: south side of house has the window well.... please ensure children are not playing around this area. Standing on the window well cover is strictly prohibited... you will fall through and you will hurt yourself. When the above ground pool is up, there is no guest access to this amenity. Other things to note My home is nestled on a corner-ish lot on a quiet Bay in Normanview West Regina. If you are looking for perfection in my home, you will not find that here. Myself and my children use the space when it's not being used by guests. There may be the odd crumb or disheveled pillow and the furniture is not perfect.... but it's very cozy, clean and a nice place to hang your hat! Though I do strive for perfection, heaven knows NOBODY is perfect. So please do not come here if you expect complete order, perfection and silence.... it simply does not exist in the real world. Though the home was built in mid 70s, the home has been lovingly updated thru my tenure here (27 years!). It is nowhere near perfect but it's comfortable, eclectic, unique and thoroughly loved and cherished. Anything less than 5 stars is just a shame, please contact the host to rectify any issues prior to leaving so I can rectify and earn your 5 star review.
