Quiet double room within easy reach of City Centre

(During August minimum stay is 2 nights). Private room in quiet apartment close to Edinburgh city centre, 15-20min by bus. Guests have a small private bathroom with shower. The small bright, airy room looks directly onto the back garden. Frequent bus service directly to the city centre. Walking distance (10-15min) to Murrayfield Stadium for rugby, concerts and frequent trams to city centre or airport. 3 min walk to Visa Application Centre. Tea/coffee, water and home made shortbread in the room. The space Please note that parking is for permit holders only except Sat & Sun (or by payment). Free parking about 10 minute walk away. Ideal for guests looking for peace & quiet with easy access to the city centre. There are 3 steps up to the main entrance door and then a flight of internal stairs down to the bedroom and private bathroom. My place is small but warm and extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment so there is no noise from traffic. I have a petite cat called Jazz who is timid but friendly and who will NOT have access to the guest bedroom or bathroom unless guests wish it. Guest access Double bedroom and small private bathroom with shower. During your stay I live in the apartment but have a busy work and social calendar. I also offer a self-check in when required. Other things to note Suitable for 2 adults or one adult and one child. The room is small and there is no space for an extra child’s bed.
