"Aigaion house'' is a stone built villa, of 200 sqm, on the slope of a hill, with sea view and easy access to the beach.It can accommodate 11 people in five independent rooms . There is a communal living room, dining room, garden, swimming pool. The space This accommodation consists of 5 independent bedrooms (with their own entrance , bathroom and patio/terrace), living/dining area and kitchen. It is located in a beautiful area with amazing sea views and sunsets.There are various terraces, relaxation areas , shaded wooden pergolas with seating - dining areas, a swimming pool with jacuzzi and magnificent sea vew. In just 3 minutes by car you will find yourself in one of the nicest beaches of the island. Accommodation Details Our hostel has: 1. A parking space for each room. 2. Every room has its own patio - terrace. 3. A lovely garden surrounds the building where you can find benches and tables for your convenience. 4. In the surrounding space there is also a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor shower. 5. There is also outdoor space for food preparation and catering, with barbeque, electric grills, outdoor benches, tables and a sink for washing. 6. All rooms have mini refrigerator, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and an outlet outside every bathroom. 7.In the main house there is a living room with a smart TV and stereo, internet.There is a well equipped kitchen with appliances, cooking utensils,washing machine and ironing facilities. How to come to Kea Island (Tzia) Cyclades: Kea Island (Tzia) is an 1 hour boat trip from the Port of Lavrio, which can be easily approached directly from Piraeus Port and the Athens International Airport 'Eleftherios Venizelos' and other areas in Athens and Attica, by car and public transport. There are daily ferry trips from Lavrio Port to Kea Island and the island is also connected by boat to the islands of Syros and Kithnos. You can reach the port of Lavrio: By Car / Taxi: Via the “Attiki Odos” Motorway or via Posidonos Avenue leading to the Athina – Sounio Avenue. If you get a taxi to Lavrio Port, fare is approximately 45 euros, departing from the Athens Airport. By Intercity Bus: from Piraeus Port If your starting point is Piraeus Port, travel to Victoria Station by subway and at a distance of 100 m from the station is the Intercity Bus Depot at Pedion Areos Park. By Suburban Railway: You can travel by suburban railway to Koropi, which is about a 1 hour trip, and then you change to an intercity bus that will reach Lavrio via Markopoulo in about 40 min.
