Room in farmhouse between Cortona and Montepulciano

We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. We can sleep in 2 apartments and / or 1 independent room furnished with poor art and originality. In the large garden, available to all, there are two pools (one for children), games, organic vegetable garden. We have a restaurant Pierpaolo cooking the typical Tuscan dishes. The space Casa Carla is a double room with private entrance and private bathroom. It located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and consists of a sitting area with armchairs, table and chairs, which leads to the bedroom and the bathroom. Room is a very cool summer and warm winter, with ceilings with exposed beams and terracotta floors. Casa Carla is equipped with fridge, kettle and electric coffee maker. In a reserved area and fenced off the park there are two swimming pools: the largest is 6x10 m with a depth of 1.50 m, the second is a pool designed for children, it is round and about 9 square meters, 80 cm deep; The pools are surrounded by a large lawn with sun beds, umbrellas, shower and gazebo with table and chairs. Scattered among the olive grove and fruit trees there are games for adults and children such as swings, a basketball hoop, rings and climbing rope, a gazebo with table tennis, darts and foosball. Also in the garden there is also a vegetable garden ... where can you go to the grocery store.
