Our house is ideal for all guests wishing to go on vacation and discover the joys of the South West: 45 min from Toulouse or Albi! Ideal for a trip with friends or family, young and old can live together while each having their own spaces. There is a separate area of more than 35 square meters for parents including a master suite with dressing room, walk-in shower, flat-screen TV and a mezzanine office area. There is also a games room with computer and board games available. There is a living room with flat screen TV and video projector as well as a fireplace, dining room and semi-separate kitchen. There is also a large garage with washer and dryer and a carport. The outbuilding or pool house is independent of the house, it can accommodate a couple and 2 children. Attention: child bed upstairs (not suitable for children under 6 years old). It has its own bathroom: toilet and shower + a small mezzanine with games for children. The outbuilding is adjacent to a summer kitchen with fridge, plancha and barbecue at your disposal. We have a chicken coop with 10 chickens, you will have the pleasure of tasting the good fresh organic eggs. As well as an adorable cat Harry who loves cuddles and sleeps outside. There is a large trampoline outside for children and a ping pong table. There is also a space for children with 2 swings, slide, hut and sandpit and bicycles for the whole family! 2 terraces around the house for large meals with friends and family and a shaded kitchen for breakfasts. But also a large terrace around the pool with a fitted kitchen. The pool is secured by an electric curtain, it does not require maintenance because the robot does it for you! It is treated with salt. This house is really ideal for holidays with friends and family, children can play around the house and parents can rest by the pool. The house is located near a large golf course and a lake. Linens and towels provided at no extra cost.
