THE TINY FARMHOUSE - Cozy 320sqft studio tiny house - Situated on 15 acres of beautiful Texas land - Country living a few steps from the city - Cattle, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, goats, and woodland creatures - Native views and gorgeous sunsets - Fully furnished, wood and natural light - Keyless entry - Just minutes away from popular San Antonio attractions The space STUDIO - Comfortable, custom-designed 320sqft studio space - Queen bedroom set crafted from reclaimed pine solids - Brand-new queen Euro Top mattress - Queen memory foam sofa sleeper - Tasteful country chic decor - Reading Lamp - Mounted television with built-in DVD player - Compact refrigerator - Microwave - Pine ceilings - Butcher block counter - Cordless blinds - Fire extinguisher - First Aid Kit/Bite and Sting Kit PRIVATE DECK - 4 outdoor deck chairs - Comfortable and convenient outdoor throw pillows - Overhead fans - View of acreage and chicken run Guest access No access to second-story attic space (the area is blocked off). For your safety, please stay off the attic stairs. No access to main house, warehouse, or storage yard. You are free to explore acreage in front of the Tiny Farmhouse. A long-term resident lives on the back acreage, and has expressed their desire not to be disturbed. Please see House Rules for wildlife and vegetation disclaimer. Should you wish to use the fire pit or the children's play yard on the opposite side of the main house, please let us know beforehand. Other things to note Parking is shared. Guests may park down the center of the turnaround. Hosts park on the right side. The left side of the turnaround is a through road leading to the back acreage of the property. Please note, we do have a security system; including security and game cameras throughout the property. Our children’s bedtime is 7pm. No loud music please, to respect the children’s need for uninterrupted sleep. Quiet hours are 8:30pm-8am.
