Casa de la Paz is a humble rest house frequently visited by family and friends, we are not a hotel/resort :) We are able to maintain the house, share the space with you, and support the livelihood of our local caretakers through our Airbnb earnings. Max number of guests: 10 The space Our family rest house is just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach front. It's perfect for your next family vacation or getaway with friends away from the hustle and bustle of the city! The house is gated with ample parking space. Our caretakers also live in a shack behind the house if you need any assistance. Guests may set-up extra mattresses (for groups more than 8) in the common area (see picture above). We also have a grilling area. Furbabies are allowed. Please clean after them properly to keep the cleanliness of the house and grounds. Please also bring dog beds or extra towels for them. Room inclusions: - Electric fans in each room as well as in the common areas - Fresh sheets Kitchen inclusions: - Plates - Utensils - Stove - Basic cook ware - Rice cooker - Drinking water heater - Refrigerator List of activities (Prices subject to change depending on season): Island hopping - 300 per head 2 hrs Island hopping (fortune island, little boracay,) - negotiate with boat owner, not per head Aquabike - 150 per head 1hr Floating cottage/balsa rent - 3k-5k (whole day) Banana boat - 250 per head 15 mins Our caretakers can arrange and reserve for you :) or Guest access Whole house - Parking spaces - Grilling area - Hammock - Shower area outside the house - 2 bedrooms - 2 full bathrooms - Grounds within the fence and gate Other things to note Please coordinate check-in and check-out time with host before booking. There are announced and unannounced electricity outages/brown outs in our area. We keep updated through our caretakers or through the BATELEC FB page for these announcements. As of the moment, we have a generator and emergency light. Please know that if unannounced outages happen, it is out of our control. We do our best to inform guests of announced ones. Our caretakers will assist you with directions, check-in, and other basic needs. Other than that, please message me on Airbnb messaging for any questions or issues. :)
