The flat is a self-contained fully-furnished 1 bedroom small studio type apartment. It consists of 1 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with kitchen/pantry, toilet and bath with centralized water heating system. The house has a kitchen-dining room and a spacious airy balcony overlooking a well maintaned tropical paradise man-made beach with crystal blue waters, white sand, and more. The property is secured and well maintained by the professional staffs of Centruy Properties. Parking area is available in the basement area for a fee. Great for solo travelers, couple, family or groups.
