The space There is a great screened-in porch to hang-out and catch the cool ocean breezes, as the house sits on the top of a tree protected sand-dune. A large back yard for the little ones to run around in. A full size volleyball net is set-up for your volleyball or badminton games and regulation horse shoe posts. There is a Phoenix Gas Grill on the side deck with plenty of seating for those epic grilled burgers and hot dogs. Guest access Entire house. Storage on ground floor- full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and bikes. Outdoor shower to rinse off on the ground floor before entering the house. Other things to note Lawn mowing service occurs bi-monthly. The house has an installed UV blue light for the AC/Heat system to ensure clean air.
