Located at an altitude of 1,200 m in an exceptional setting, our house welcomes you for an idyllic stay in the mountains. Ideal for family vacations or couples, the house is located at the foot of all the hiking trails on Céüse and Céüsette as well as access to the cliff climbing routes. The house also has a 15 m² climbing room as well as a block in the garden. The space 120 m² HOUSE INCLUDING: - 1 large living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils), large dining table and sitting area - 1 bedroom on the ground floor (1 bed of 160) - 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 bed of 140) - 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. - 1 office area/small living room - Large terrace with 1200 m² of land - Private covered parking - 15 m² climbing gym (for non-exclusive use by Airbnb guests) - Solar floor heating + wood-burning stove. NOTES: - Underfloor heating provides a base temperature to the house (about 18 degrees) but it may be necessary to make a fire in the evening to obtain a comfortable temperature, especially on days without sun. In mid-season and winter, it is therefore necessary for our guests to know how to make a fire and use the wood stove. - This is the ground floor of a house with 1 mezzanine bedroom. The house is shared with an inhabited studio, located upstairs and having its independent entrance to the North. The sound insulation with the studio is not perfect and some unintelligible noises but testifying to a presence may be audible. - Presence of an active hive below the garden.
