The tap water is of excellent quality. The house is built with parquet floors, located in the heart of Madrid: a 20-minute walk from the Prado Museum and the most famous museums in Madrid, 2 minutes from the metro station, and 10 minutes from local markets and the Rastro flea market. The Main Train Station Atocha with high-speed services is located at a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment includes all kinds of bedding items and towels; there's a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, 3 types of coffee makers); central heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two guests can accommodate the bedroom's double king-size bed (72in × 84in / 1.80m × 2m) - which transforms into two separate single beds, if so desired. Excellent reviews from previous guests. Guest access The entire apartment will be your personal kingdom. Additionally, you are very welcome to relax and enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage in the community courtyard, which features flowers, shrubbery and some lovely neighbours. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is not suitable for infants, pets or disabled. The building does not have any parking, and parking in the street and in private or public parking areas is only permitted to vehicles with an environmental sticker and for residents. You might want to get active playing tennis at the Community Tennis Court in the Retiro Park, skateboarding along the Madrid Rio Park or simply roof terrace hopping and cocktail sipping at the Hotel Reina Victoria ME, Hotel Room Mate Oscar, Círculo de Bellas Artes or Casa Encendida.
