Rocklands Retreat is a newly built spacious modern house 5 minutes drive from the lake with a light airy feel, surrounded by mountain Vistas in a new neighbourhood. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable with every modern convenience yet also have an individual character feel. Four spacious bedrooms ( two with ensuites) and two open plan living areas plus a fully equipped kitchen set up for casual entertaining make it the perfect set up for one or two families to share. The space There are also outdoor entertaining areas on both sides of the property which feature comfortable outdoor sofa & dining table seating off the main lounge area and a 2nd small enclosed private garden area off the 2nd lounge/ playroom. One of the bedrooms can be closed off as a separate guest suite with its own ensuite and kitchenette and outdoor seating area. Full laundry facilities can be found in the garage, the garage is left unlocked for guest use and while it has owners stored inside there is enough space to park a car or unload ski and bike equipment. The main living area has a heat pump/air conditioning as does the guest suite and each of the bathrooms feature both under floor heating and heated towel rails. Additional portable heaters are provided for bedrooms if needed. High quality bedlinen and generous towels are provided for all rooms and all beds are super comfy with mattress toppers and luxurious feather bedding and pillows. Guest access You have use of the entire 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living spaces and open plan kitchen. The garage & laundry facilities are also included. Other things to note I have a porto cot and clip on high chair as well as baby dining items and children's toys/ books that I am happy to have made available for you on request. House trained pets are welcome on request.
