Small apartment in the countryside

Only 7 km from Locarno, in the greenery and near the woods, is the semi-detached house "KönigsGarteN", built in 2012 with its own access to the apartment and with a private terrace and a parking lot available. The semi-basement apartment has a small kitchen, a living room with pellet stove, toilet with shower and a very cool bedroom. The space The small two-room apartment with separate entrance and exit to the porch with morning sun in summer is 45 m2 large and ideal for two people, but children are also welcome who can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed at 2m by 2x0.60m or on a spare bed. The small kitchen has a small fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine for capsules (delicious) (also an Italian mocha), an oven and 4 plates, microwave on request as well as a freezer in the cellar on request. In the living room there is a table for 4 people and a television, DVD and cassette recorder and the pellet stove, in the bathroom there is a shower and the possibility of heating. The bedroom with a skylight is dark and cool during the hot summer period.
