4 Bedroom House In Favorite Denver Neighborhood

*Note: looking for longer-term rentals only (3 month minimum)! We live in a 4 bedroom home in a safe, vibrant community in Denver. With fantastic neighbors and close proximity to parks, delicious restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and downtown Denver, you'll never run out of fun things to do. Oh, and the Rocky Mountains are a 20 minute drive from the house! The house is a 2,000 Sq Ft. Tudor with a relaxing back patio and front porch. The space -Three of the four bedrooms are in the basement. One bedroom we call the "Harry Potter bedroom" since it is tiny, but guests (especially kids) seem to love it! -The house was built in the mid 20th century, meaning the staircases to the basement are narrow. -Please notify us if you will need an air mattress at least one week before staying at the house -If you are staying longer-term, we know great housekeepers who will clean the entire house for $100.
