The Cedar Summer House

The Summerhouse is situated in a peaceful countryside setting in the upper part of our garden. Surrounded by mature gardens on the North West and beautiful open grassland looking out to the Paps mountains on the South. It has wonderful views. It is ideally situated 3 miles from the bustling town of killarney with easy access to the surrounding mountains and lakes. The space The space is split into 2 seperate buildings. the sleeping space in one building and the kitchen/bathroom in another. The summerhouse is a unique bright space which has a king size bed and 2 bunk beds and is ideally suited to a family of 4. The deck is fitted with Bluetooth speakers for listening to your favourite music while relaxing and taking in the beautiful views surrounding you. There is also a stereo inside along with a dining table and plenty of storage. For the colder seasons we have a wall mounted heater to keep the Summerhouse nice and cosy. Attached to the summerhouse there is also a small toilet and sink. This avoids traveling to the main bathroom in the adjacent building during the night. In the adjacent building there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, built in blue tooth speakers and a bathroom with a shower. These facilities are for your own private use. We have no other guests staying as we only have one unit. There is a second patio outside the kitchen with a fire pit. Other things to note We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Cedar Summerhouse. We are in unusual times. Now that we are gradually moving forward through each phase we are happy to be able to welcome guests again. We would like to reassure you that we are following covid 19 guidelines and ensuring we help limit the spread of the disease is of utmost importance. Cleanliness is paramount to help reduce the risk. We thoroughly deep clean the accomodation between each stay. We use disinfectant on all surfaces and wash all towels and sheets at the highest temperature. We have provided hand sanitiser, and disinfectant spray for your use during your stay. We have moved the check in time to 4pm in order for us to be able to thoroughly air the accomodation leaving all doors and windows open for a lengthy period. To limit contact we provide a self check in facility which is detailed on the site. I will also send further instructions prior to arrival. We hope this all helps to relieve any anxiety you may have and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.
