It has 3 separate bedrooms. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each check in and then disinfected. The check in takes place online and is contactless. The space This 3 - bedroom apartment is about 115sqm in size and can accommodate up to 12 people. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free public parking is available directly in front of the door. On request, a parking space can be booked (15 Euro / day). The bright, spacious apartment (about 115 m²) has a spacious living room with a large flatscreen TV, a comfortable sleeping sofa, a large kitchen and a cozy dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath, a shower and a washing machine. Furthermore, the apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is a cctv in the stairwell and at the entrance to the building. Guest access The apartment is all to yourself. Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.
