Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment. The space The apartment is situated in the heart of Opatija, in a small and quiet street. Bright, modern, cozy, 35m2, third, top floor, attic apartment, with no lift access. King-size bed with linen and towels included. On the ground floor there is a shared patio, facing the garden, where you can enjoy your first morning coffe or afternoon tea. The apartment is well equipped with following: air conditioning, fridge, two plate cooker, dishwasher, TV with 100+ channels, water kettle, full kitchen utensils for moderate challenging food preparation, hairdryer and iron. Wi-Fi is fast and free of charge. Although the flat is on the small side, the place is ideal for 2 people, with no extra accommodation possibilities neither for adults nor for kids. Tap water in the flat is potable. The apartment has individual water heating system, a boiler of 50 l capacity. Please keep in mind that the boiler switch has to be "ON". NEARBY FACILITIES: Bank, Bakery, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Pizzerias, Bar, Tobacconist's, Newsagent's, ER... A great base to be located for excursions like Plitvice-lakes, the Istrian Peninsula (Pula, Rovinj, Umag, Poreč), Island Cres or Krk, Gorski Kotar region, Park of nature Učka, Venice.... Guest access We have self check-in (key box) option, but we will be in touch to give you a code and to arrange your arrival. We use Viber and Whatapp. Other things to note IMPORTANT If you arrive by car we strongly advise you to check parking possibilities in advance.
