The kitchen and bath are on the 2nd floor, which has a street view. The kitchen was recently updated with maple, pearl cabinets. All dishes, pots and pans, etc. are ready for your arrival! Bathroom has a walk in shower. Washer and dryer are located on 2nd floor, outside bathroom. The living and bedroom are on the third floor. The living space and bedroom are an open floor plan, included is a 3 section panel for privacy if desired. The living room has amazing sunsets and views of Lake Champlain at it's best with the Adirondack mountains as a backdrop. The third floor has been converted from an attic to a bedroom and living space. There are no dormers. It follows the pitch of the roof as viewed in the photos. Feel free to enjoy the private back yard with unmatched views of Lake Champlain. Conveniently located, Burlington has unlimited dining options, all walk-able. It is a five minute walk to the Burlington Waterfront Park, 15 minute walk to the Church Street Marketplace, yet still in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Parking is available for one car.
