Our beautiful, fully equipped and perfectly located Villa with a new pool in Beit Hanania: 5 min from Caesarea, 5 min from Zikhron Ya'akov, 7 min from the Mediterranean Sea shore. 30 min from Tel Aviv or Haifa. On top of 5 bedrooms (2 are master bedrooms), there is also a very big kitchen and a specious living room. We have an available washing machine and a dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The yard has a new pool (April 2024), a few sitting areas, a gas BBQ grill and kids basketball hoop and a soccer goal. The pool size is about 23ft×10ft / 7*3 meters. The shallow end size is about 5.5ft×5.5ft / 1.7*1.7 meters with about 11 inches / 30 cm of water and is designed for sunbathing. The deep part of the pool is 54 inches / 138 cm. Running, diving, or rough play is not permitted to prevent accidents or injuries. For your safety, please refrain from consuming alcohol excessively before swimming. The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. The pool area is fenced for safety. While it's possible to remove the fence, it is not recommended if children are around. Rest assured, the pool is checked for chemicals weekly to maintain optimal water quality. By utilizing the pool, guests acknowledge that the homeowner holds no liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. We appreciate your cooperation in safely using the pool. Enjoy your stay! We live in a beautiful small village with tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field, 2 playgrounds, a skate park, local grocery store. All in 2-8 min walking radius. All of the above is open and available for your use at all times. (At the yard you have kids basketball hoop and a soccer goal). The village location is perfect. There are numerous antique site-seeing reservations and national parks within 5-20 min car ride. It is 5 min by car (or 50 min walking) from the Caesarea seashore, 7 min from Zikhron Yaakov, 30 min from Tel Aviv or Haifa and an hour from Tiberius.
